Prospective Member Class Meeting

(Edit 8/29/18) Update after Sunday’s meeting: Based on the specific individuals who have committed to the class at this point, it will work best for Pastor Stolarczyk to arrange to meet individually with them. If you are interested, there is still a chance to take part. There are a couple of different approaches that can be used, depending upon your background and family circumstances. Please call, email, or text Pastor Stolarczyk by Tuesday, September 4. 

Interested in learning more about what Lutherans believe? We'll soon start a class for prospective members. During this 8 week class, we'll dig into God's Word using Luther's Small Catechism. At the end of the classes, those who are able to join themselves to our public confession of faith will be invited to join St. Paul as a communicant member.

The big question is when we'll meet. Pastor Stolarczyk would like to have a brief meeting to figure that out on Sunday, August 26, from 10:15 - 10:30 a.m. (yes, only 15 minutes). Please use the form below to indicate your interest in taking part, especially if you won't be able to be there on August 26. 


Community Harvest Blessing Service Aug. 26


St. Paul is hosting the second annual Community Harvest Blessing Service. It will be held at the pavilion at the Unionville Village Park on August 26 at 3:00 p.m. Everyone in our community is invited as we pray for God’s blessing upon this year’s harvest and for His protection for all who labor to gather what He has provided.
Non-perishable food items will be collected and will go to St. Paul’s Care & Share committee to help provide emergency assistance to those in need.

Voters' Meeting August 19

Our next quarterly voters' meeting will be held on Sunday, August 19, immediately following the service. This is another important meeting because it is the meeting at which the annual report will be presented. Please plan on being present for this important discussion.


Reminder: Outdoor Service this Sunday!

Outdoor Worship Service July 29-- Rain or Shine!

nullPlease remember that this Sunday (July 29) we'll hold our next outdoor church service in the grove behind the parking lot. The service will start at 9:00 a.m. as usual. Please bring a chair for the service. 

Church Picnic Sunday: What to Bring

What's Happening Sunday?


Immediately following our outdoor service on Sunday (July 29) we'll have a church picnic and cornhole tournament. There will be games for all ages, food, and fellowhsip. And, of course, you'll get to cheer on your favorite cornhole player in the tournament.

A rough schedule for Sunday's events looks something like this:

  • 9:00 a.m. Outdoor Worship Service
  • 10:00 a.m. Children's Games and fellowship
  • 11:30 a.m. Lunch in gym (food provided)
  • 12:15 p.m. Cornhole Tournament

Please Note: In case of rain, we'll move the service into the gym. We will NOT be rescheduling in case of inclement weather, unlike in years past.

What Should You Bring?

  • A chair 
  • Cookies for dessert (optional)
  • Cornhole boards (optional-- please let Donna Sting know if you are bringing a set)

We'll soon be printing our 2018 church directory, which will be distributed at the August 19 Voters' Meeting. We'd like to include as many pictures of our families as possible. Please use the form below to submit your picture. (IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT submit professional photos. We can't use them, due to copyright restrictions.) 

Who does NOT need to submit a family photo?

If you had your picture taken for our most recent pictorial directory, then we have a copy of that photo that we will use. You only need to submit a photo if you'd like a different one.


Who Needs to submit a photo?

Please submit a photo if...

  • You did not have a picture taken for our most recent pictorial directory.
  • You had a picture taken, but have new children who are not pictured, for example. 






Special Voters’ Meeting

Notice of Special Voters’ Meeting on June 24

There will be a special Voter’s Assembly meeting on Sunday, June 24, 2018, immediately following the church service to vote on a recommendation from Church Council to install landscaping around the church for a cost of $8,000.  This cost to be funded by a special fund drive.
