Service Details for July 5

Prepare to Worship with Us Sunday

We're back to worshipping in person on Sundays, but the livestream will be available for those who still need to exercise caution. We invite you to join us for the livestream of the 10:00 a.m. service. Find your family Bible and mark the pages for the day's readings. If you have a copy of The Lutheran Hymnal or Lutheran Service Book, the details of the service are listed below.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. We are temporarily holding two services every Sunday. We will only be streaming the 10:00 a.m. service.
  2. Since we have people in the building again, camera placement becomes slightly more challenging. The liturgy and hymns may not be readable for everyone. Please consider downloading a copy of the order of service or following along using your own hymnal.

Download the Order of Service

We will be projecting the liturgy on the screen during the livestream. However, the camera position with people in the room becomes more challenging. We may not be able to position it in a location where the liturgy and hymns are as easy to read as they have been Please consider following along using your own hymnal and the service information below or click the button to download a pdf of the order of service, including the hymns, liturgy, and readings.

Service Details for Confirmation Sunday (5/24)

Prepare to Worship with Us Sunday

We invite you to participate with us Sunday at 9:00 a.m. as we celebrate the public confession of faith that five of our young people will be making and their entrance into communicant fellowship in the church. Find your family Bible and mark the pages for the day's readings. If you have a copy of The Lutheran Hymnal or Lutheran Service Book, the details of the service are listed below. If you don't have a copy, the order of service will be on the screen during the broadcast.

PLEASE NOTE!: Because of the camera placement to allow us to show the questioning and the rite of confirmation, the hymns and liturgy will be smaller on the screen and slightly harder to see. Please consider downloading the order of service below to avoid any difficulties.

Special Note on the Rite of Confirmation

The main part of the service (through the prayers of the Church) will be streamed normally through our Facebook page and cross-posted to the home page of this site. However, because we need to be careful publicly posting the faces and names of our young people on the internet. As a result, the Rite of Confirmation and the service of the sacrament will be streamed to a private group connected to our Facebook Page. If you are a member of St. Paul, we invite you to request to join the group, "Members of St. Paul" so that you can watch the livestream there.
